Access to our exclusive group rates and benefits requires the purchase of 10 or more tickets.

How much are group tickets?

Ticket prices vary based on the game and seat location. Prices are subject to change and tickets are based on availability. To secure more affordable prices, we recommend ordering your tickets as early in the season as possible.

Where will our seats be located?

All group seating is based on availability and may vary by game. Please work with your Group Sales Account Executive to discuss seating options for your group.

How do I purchase group tickets?

You can reserve group tickets to a Nuggets game by calling 303-287-DUNK (3865) option 4 or by contacting your dedicated Group Sales Account Executive. Payment is required in full before digital delivery of your tickets.

At what age is a ticket required?

Guests three years of age and older are required to have a ticket. Guests under the age of three years may sit in a ticketed guest’s lap.

Can I exchange/refund/return my ticket purchuse?

All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Is parking included?

Parking passes are not included with group outings.

Where can our bus drop off our group? Where can our bus park?

If your group requires bus parking it can be purchased in the Toyota 4Runner Lot. We recommend that buses drop off group members on Chopper Circle by 9th Street, near our Main Entrance. Visit Parking & Directions | Ball Arena for more information.

What time can I enter Ball Arena for the game?

Entrance will depend on your specific group experience, but doors for general fans are 60 minutes before scheduled game.
