Yeah, I agree. One thing I noticed is that it takes just a little too long to get the paraglider. I assumed they'd give it to you right at the end of the tutorial.

A lot of Indian food (i.e. in the UK) was made by British Indians. Chicken Tikka Masala, for instance.

Relatively intelligent is the appropriate term. They are intelligent (particularly socially) relative to other fauna.

Maintaining good long-term tenants is preferable to parasitically extracting as much value as you can, I assume.
