In addition to Reddit's Content Policy, the mods define Toxic Behavior as:
Insults/slurs
Passive-aggressive or condescending comments towards others.
Gate-keeping and/or Hating on bandwagon fans
Toxic negativity (using negativity to upset others)
Toxic positivity (same as above but with positivity)
Abusing Reports
Engaging in such behavior will be subject to a warning and/or ban. Continued toxicity will result in a permanent ban.
The follow thread types are not allowed as their own posts and will be removed regardless of upvote and comment numbers:
Low-res videos or images
Phone recordings or pictures of TV screens
Low quality memes, jokes, reaction gifs, screenshots, box scores, shower thoughts
Low quality work in general
"x fans here" or "x fan coming in peace" threads
Easily Google-able questions
Put some effort into your self posts. Examples of mindless self posts are "WE WON, UPVOTE PARTY!", "My opinion on X", or shower thought type posts, especially after games.
This rule is largely up to moderator discretion. If you believe your post is an exception, please message the mods politely. Insulting the mods because they removed your post for breaking the rules will not win you any favors. Attempting to repost a post that was removed may result in a ban.
All submitted links from news articles, twitter accounts, youtube accounts, instagrams etc., MUST be from a reliable and trusted source. Exceptions will be made for comedy-style articles so long as the origin website has a clear disclaimer that it is satirical.
Highlight posts must include a link to a video/gif of the play if it is “must-see” .
If another highlight has been posted first, any subsequent highlights of the same play will be removed.
Memes are allowed on the subreddit by popular demand. However, there are some guidelines that must be followed when posting memes.
Once a game starts and until 1 hour after a game ends, memes posted outside of the Game Thread or Post Game Thread during a game will be removed.
No memes that contain NSFW/NSFL content.
Memes that have been up for more than a few hours and have few, if any, upvotes may be subject to removal.
Pictures submitted without flair will be flaired as a meme.
All twitter posts must include:
Name or Twitter handle of the tweeter, in brackets. Example: [Seahawks]
Full text of tweet (Hashtags and links optional). Exceptions can be made for tweets with excessive swearing, multi-part tweets, tweets & responses

Player appreciation thread will be allowed if they are in reference to career milestones or are related to football. Example: “DK Metcalf is retiring” or “Tyler Lockett just had a 26 rec, 500 yd, 9 td game". Posting about a player's performance must wait until the game is over or the player is removed from the game.
Posting "X player upvote party" and other low-effort posts will be removed. Posts stating an opinion about a player must have some stats and/or analytics to explain your reasoning.
On game days the subreddit has a tendency to get overrun with low quality and low effort posts that are a better fit for the Game Thread, Post Game Thread, or Tell The Truth Mondays rather than their own post. We ask that, on game days, all posts about the game be posted in the Game Thread, Post Game Thread, or Tell The Truth Monday.
If your post was removed and you feel it is worthy enough to stay, please send a polite message to the mods explaining your reasoning and we will review your post.
Posts about a player available in free agency or via trade will be removed unless it pertains specifically to the Seahawks. If a player is traded or signed, please include relevant information such as player(s) involved, contract amount, years signed, and team(s) involved. Only post news from trustworthy, reliable sources.
Posts about former Seahawks will be removed unless the post relates specifically to the Seahawks in some form or the player is retiring.
