Masks of Nyarlathotep - Book Suggestions for Inspiration
Just curious if anyone has got any general reading suggestions to help with chapter/overall inspiration. This is more works of fiction than actual source guidebooks (though still useful).
I am aware the Propsero Publishing blog has a few suggestion for Peru, NYC and London.
Film suggestions are also welcome but preference is books personally :)
Is it worth buying a long campaign book for just reading?
Look, I have a group but they just aren't up to playing these long campaigns (Masks of nyarlathotep, Horror on the Orient Express) but is it worth it to buy them for self-reading?
I quite like reading campaign books and seeing the stories, combat sequences and characters/NPCs.
Are these books worth it for just reading?
