God’s capacity to answer prayer appears to be limited to what is already physically possible, suggesting that he does not exist as certain theists define him. by FrankWest21CP in DebateReligion

Seems like there is no point in praying then. If it is in God's will for me to fall to temptation I will and if it's not I won't. Prayer won't change that.

Which we have no evidence that is real. How do you measure faith? How many units of faith do we have in modern times vs faith in the old testament? How did you find out? Why wasn't the superior faith of the old testament enough for God to stop iron chariots?

Homosexuality is sin. It's not misogynistic. (Christianity)

Prove it.

Also the bible says women can't teach men, should be forced to marry their rapists ( for spoiling the father's goods). I'd call that misogynistic.

Running it successfully and the gang fails to con him out of it but some side thing cripples him further. I'm thinking he gets a hook hand.

I quit my part time job at the end of the first semester to better handle the course load. Other programs offer this in 4 years, this is an accelerated program, you have to take the same exam at the end as the 4 year programs. Goes through spring. It's tough but very interesting. Has a lot of physics chemistry biology and statistics involved. Good luck.

My BIL love this movie and we've made a tradition of setting up his kids toys on Christmas Eve while we watch it but I think it's a weaker will ferrel movie. Just feels like a spazzy adult.

His art is recognizable. I remember I saw a collection of works he did and I correctly realized he illustrated my alphabet of dinosaur book from my childhood. Really great stuff.

[–]artox484 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think it is just word popularity. I don't understand Saturn being less popular than Neptune but if you count gods people will often refer to Neptune, and mercury and even Venus but less likely to refer to Aries as mars or Jupiter as Zeus.
