122 on the line, a cool 105 over in the dishpit -- Chef passed out and convulsing during service, was taken to the ER last night, he's still not awake by dustractor in KitchenConfidential

Yes, internal. But if you're not actively cooling yourself, and spend too much time in it, you come up to temp, just like the chicken you're cooking. "165 line cook!"

You ever heard of boiling a frog?

Norway doesn't have an privatized for-profit prison system like some countries coughsshameonamericacoughs do.

Imagine if all incarcerated humans were treated like Humans. Good on you Norway!

At 105 - 107 F. The human brain begins to suffer from physical damage. Anything above that only makes that damage worse. You could end up with long-physical and mental problems if you keep exposing yourself. I get it, I have bills to pay too. But at some point you have to put your foot down and say no. I would recommend you get your coworkers behind you before you do it.

No job is worth your health my friend.

We won't though. We'll collectively sit back and watch, until we all get so mad watching them bully the little guy on the playground, that one of our fuses pops. Then the rest of us will back up the one who stood up.

This is our methodis operandi, our schtick, this is how we roll. We don't start shit, we finish it. ;)

Countless people suffered and died for those rights.

And once you allow them to take away one, they will get bolder about taking away the next one.

Until we have none left to be taken from us.

Not in the slightest. The best of us will unfortunately wait, until it gets to the point that we have to stand up and put and end to it ourselves.

That's literally what we do. But we'll also damn well finish the job. Because that's also literally what we do.

We don't have the numbers, but most Z and Millennials should look up to you if your representing X right. So we do have influence and wisdom on our side. This is way bigger than us, but we can definitely help steer things in the right direction.

Question— if Elizabeth & Charles were to die, and William was to become king, what would happen if Kate & William were to die before George turns 18? Who would it go to? by boopmeowmeow in royalfamily

I know how out of place this comment is, and my apologies first. But please don't remove or block me because I promise this is meant as a compliment.

As an American, I'm envious of the stability and tradition that some of you may take for granted from time to time. Everything is so orderly and precise. It's like watching a Rolex.

Yes, you have Jackals in your parliment, but we have a pack of wild Hyenas with gold sickness running the whole circus, with nobody to oversee it all and protect us. I honestly wish she was Our Queen as well most days.

When that terrible day comes, I know that the U.K. and The Royal Family will do their duty in the most respectable and honorable way they can. And the rest of the world will rest assured, and sleep well knowing that there is tradition and honor behind a massive change like that.

Edited: Because I was taught in English in America.

Crockpots make this easy to do. The contents can be removed and chilled and stored in order to clean the Crockpot then back in it goes...

I love doing this in the dead of winter, I usually only keep it going for a week or two, but it feels like such a luxury to come in exhausted after shoveling or coming home from work late and having a hot delicious stew waiting for you.

That all of life's, and societies problems, get pinned on normal everyday upstanding Real Men now...

"But a man can't raise a child, especially a female one."

Anyone can do anything they set their mind to. And Men shouldn't be the one group that everyone is allowed to take for granted, and shit on.

I know it may sound lame as hell to some people, but I Idolized this man. He wasn't a Saint, and he never pretended to be one.

This was the guy who would tell you the brutally honest truth you didn't want to hear. And he would do it in such a kind and loving way that you would respect him and thank him for telling you that you suck.

There is a short cartoonish video explaining what 2 dimensional beings would experience, if they existed in a 3 dimensional world but couldn't perceive the 3rd dimension. And how limited their understanding of reality would be.

We could be 3rd dimensional beings living in a 4th, 5th, or infinite dimensional existence, unable to see the big picture like ants on a sidewalk.

There's also the simulation hypothesis. Maybe the server lagged.

I honestly think are at least two different phenonomena responsible. If not more. Literal alien abduction, and the aparentently permeable walls of alternate dimensions according to string theory.
