I always have great abs when I'm dreaming instead of a squishy middle. Checking my abs is one of my ways to tell if I'm asleep.

I put a lot of effort into it when I was younger. Now it's just a pleasant surprise when I manage to realise that I'm dreaming.

I have always had incredibly vivid dreams though. I have a friend who also has aphantasia and she seldom remembers hers. I suspect something else is at play when it comes to dreams.

The Wizard of Op by Ed Emberley is the coolest.

Delivery food.
