I use aseprite it's available only on PC I buy it from steam for 10$ easy to use and you can do animation with it, i work with mouse and keyboard and some time I use tablet for trees or clouds

Before pixel art i draw in normal style so I have talent and that help a lot I started pixel art in 2020 I watch videos tutorials in youtube and i try it my self And I used to imitate the professionals works and that help too And draw a drawing every two days until my work improves But I think so far it will took two years to reach the professionalism on pixel art I hope that help
