Server won't join PlayFab

First some background: this is the first time I am setting up a personal server.

In any case, I tried it first on my laptop, with port forwarding and such, and was succesful . So I decided to buy a cheap desktop secondhand to run the server on. It has all the right internals, and I think I did everything the same as on my laptop, but it just won't do the last step in the server setup.

Where on my laptop it shows that it joined the PlayFab Party Network, on my desktop it only shows the following:
