I doubt Sebastian Stan will end up winning the Oscar for Best Actor for his performance as Donald Trump, but from what I’ve seen in the reviews talking about him it seems like a sure fire lock for a nomination. For me, the best kind of performances of real life people in history are the ones that don’t feel like blatant impersonations, that’s what I get out of reading these reviews so that’s something at least. I just want this movie to be plastered everywhere especially during this election because Trump is doing everything he can to keep it from coming out. He’s acting embarrassed that it’s covering a part of his life that he’s trying to make people forget ever happened. So just for that this movie should just be put everywhere just to see how embarrassed he really gets.
I hope Jeremy Strong wins an Oscar though for his performance as Roy Cohn, he’s a fantastic actor, he’s already got a Tony and an Emmy, so he’s an Oscar away from winning the Triple Crown of Acting
