That said in Nightmare mode It isn't rare to find random stuff outside of their normal spawn points.
I must be really bad at translating. Some of the glyphs don't match up, but I got (roughly): BDLFOFHJLNEP So, not amazing.
That's because it's from an old build. If you look at the old trailers for the game you'll see the altar. They added the runes as an alphabet much later and didn't change that thing.

You could make it a bit disturbing; Xanathar is so deranged he found replacements and makes them use the same names. They don't look exactly the same but close enough for the players to have to look closely.

I think we need to make better laws around privacy, make it an amendment. But I think our privacy can be violated it if it's for something like searching for child abuse or plots of terrorism. That has to be written into the law though. I'm happy to give up a small amount of my right of privacy for the greater benefit of saving people's lives.
