Okay that's a good tip. There is a similar formula in running but it's strictly for long distances which makes sense since sprint and endurance are different talents

I meant the ergometer indeed. I dont really know what I want to do with this right now but am thinking about joining a team and the 2000m is a standard distance I heard. I will check out these websites, too. Thanks a lot!

No I don't. A buddy of mine worked with me to improve my technique which made me a lot faster. There is still room for improvement of course

Especially in national parks there will be no (e. G. Homeless) people to collect them for money. So douchebags will still throw them out but they paid a quarter for it so they'll feel slightly better about it because it's a sort of tradeoff. Also these parks have loads of international tourists which won't have the opportunity to bring back those bottles
