I'm not a lawyer but I don't believe it is illegal to do what they did as this has gone on since forever and (sports) teams now publish injury reports to stave this off whereas in MMA no one does.

Everyone in this situation looks bad except for the people being mentioned the least: Sanko’s family.

If this is all true, which is important to say:

Laura Sanko is going to suffer a drastic public image shift. She’s always been looked at as a well-mannered, Christian farm girl with a small town family.

Megan Anderson making this public when we don’t know if Sanko’s family knew yet. If they found out about this because of the tweet, Megan is way wrong for airing that out.

James Krause always had douchebag vibes I think we can all agree on. The gambling scandal is one thing entirely but to sleep with someone’s wife is slimy. He doesn’t bare as much responsibility as Laura obviously but he was half of the situation that could potentially tear a family apart.
