My group says first one is free, after that it’s unlimited as long as you have less than three lands. You could keep a hand with under three, but have to keep it if it’s three or more
Me and my friends play casually, sometimes with high level decks and sometimes with lower powered ones.
We say first mulligan is free, after that it’s unlimited if you have less than 3 lands. You can keep under three, but can’t mulligan with 3 or more.

Do "Unskilled Laborers" deserve more than Minimum Wage?
Minimum wage doesn’t need to go up, because if minimum wage goes up prices inevitably will aswell. Businesses want to keep their profit margins, so if employees make more then your burger costs more. This increases cost of living for everyone.
Instead we need to tax the rich more, and increase taxes on large businesses and corporations.
If we tax the rich, we can reduce taxes on everyone else and provide food and shelter for anyone who needs it. I’m sure most of you people who think taxes are stealing would love if yours went down and billionaires paid more.
If we tax large businesses much more than small ones, small businesses can have larger profit margins and reduce prices, which helps the American dream of rags to riches. McDonald’s would easily stay afloat, and might still be seen everywhere, but the local mom and pop diner would become possible since their prices can be competitive.
