Curious if anyone has ever been to the Tony Roma's in Grande Prairie? It's like a legit dining experience. I went to the Calgary location afterwards and it was a dive bar. I still am not sure if my memory of the GP one is correct considering how different it was.
I honestly wouldn’t recommend Radium. It’s nothing like a real hot spring, it’s basically an outdoor swimming pool. The spring is just funneled in.
In Banff, it’s the same thing, the springs are about a km from the commercialized pools. Same at Miette. There are very few “real” springs anymore.
Best spring I’ve ever been to was Dewar Creek. You actually pumped water into the tub, for about 4 people; and you had to hike hours up to it. The water came out so hot we had to let it cool for like an hour. You can camp up there, it’s a pretty rad place.
Ainsworth might be to your liking. There a natural cave that you can go in, and the water is actually really hot.

Gordon is a bit of an exception though. A true Canadian legend, there is no town too small or remote in which he won't consider playing. An absolute beauty of a man.

This drive thru is always so ridiculous. And honestly, that entire Signal hill shopping centre is like this with stupid set ups for drive thru's. Go to the McDonalds just down the way. People block the entrance into that parking lot all for the sake of a damn hamburger.
It's funny when there's a pedestrian at one of the 4-way stop intersections and it turns the entire situation into chaos.
