Outside a bar in Tallinn

Apologies. Wiki tells me it's Central Eastern Europe, so that's what I went as a placeholder. I would've said Baltics, but I wanted to give the "new tech hub" title a little more merit than just covering a region of 3 countries.

She must be beaming down at them

Almost all comments on any thread is an opinion. Most comments in this sub are opinions. Even compliments are opinions. So if you are ok with people saying nice things about the nails, you have to be ok with them saying bad things too.

It's already mature enough that they follow up with "who am I to judge" or "it ain't for me"

You'll have to expand more on your goals and expenses.

Do you live at home with parents that will support you if you were out of a job? If so, emergency fund isn't a priority.

You can alternatively buy the CASH.TO ETF as that's pretty much what WealthSimple Cash is. However nothing outside your TFSA and FHSA is tax free.

Best current credit card offers in Canada - updated

CIBC Aeroplan Visa Infinite updated for only 10k anniversary bonus if you spend 10k in the 1st year.

Question on that: you only receive the 10k anniversary bonus within 8 weeks of your anniversary. That means I would have to pay the annual fee or else I forfeit the bonus right? Is that worth it? I didn't realize it was on anniversary and over-churned it....

What is this spot and how can I fix it?

Ah dang I just tested it and you may be right... Am I supposed to have my cloth rest in between them every time I close them?

Daily Question Thread for /r/churningcanada - June 16, 2024

thanks. And with the AMEX cobalt, it says i have to spend $750 each month for the first year in order to get those bonus MR points, so unless i know i can hit both min spends for both cards, i should just wait for my CIBC AP VI to max out first, right?

Daily Question Thread for /r/churningcanada - June 16, 2024

I'm in a sunk cost fallacy state where I'm nearly at 10k of the 15k min spend required for the final CIBC Aeroplan VI 20k pts bonus.

I have been banking on AMEX Cobalt to increase their welcome bonus, but i don't think that'll happen.

Is it worth to finish off the 5k to get the final 20k aeroplan pts or is it better to just find another card to churn?

I think people are confusing the audience of this comment. Most here and thinking it helps your own mindset.

I think this is a really good LPT when talking to others about why you're not eating out or buying X.

Saying "I can't afford it" just gets them to respond with "don't you make 6 figures? You got enough money". Foolish mindset
