This actually took me a lot of time and I realized gear switching isn't worth it.

What I would do is first one you just gotta dodge the vials pray range,

Second one dds spec it 3 times and then kill it. Make sure to not tank any of the big hits or its kinda gf

Third one is hard but the best thing to do is just follow him even if you tank a 15 over the poison trying to dodge it and getting hit by his seismic smash is just not worth it. Once you dodge the first one just be careful he's gonna do it two more times just get an auto off click to the safe spot auto.

The fourth one kicked my ass, I did melee only so was way harder but it's better for you to not auto her and wait for the portal than let the spawns come up and fuck you up.

You build shiv rfc if your team has damage and statik ie if you're the only damage and they have statik user.

If they don't have a statik user go ie/collector or ie/rfc. Simple as that.

If you doing player props look for ladders and unders

I think poker being a competition between players vs the house makes it a lot different vs sports gambling and table games.

I appreciate the support I'm just trying to go all in so by the end of the year I can be proud of myself. But you're right I should be proud of the work I'm putting in and not how I look or the number on the scale. I really appreciate that outlook and I'll try to think of myself more in that way.

I have been blessed with a good community and a quiet gym but I think most people are too busy focusing on themselves at the gym to be worried about others. That's what I tell myself to feel better if I get anxiety or anything there. The roid users also seem to be super nice and helpful to everyone but I think it's cause they are at the gym 3-4 hours a day 😂

Yea I totally get from your perspective where you're coming from and why you're concerned. My friends/family have all made the effort to lose weight for a while now and I think them going to ozempic cause they have the ability to. So it has been an addition to the weight loss but not the whole thing. They're biking or walking and doing stuff they wouldn't before and I think the number dropping so quick motivates them and hopefully will let them stick. They seem involved like they weren't before.

I do totally get your concern tho and a part of me was in that boat of "this is just a new fad what if it does serious damage in a few years" so I have decided to lose my weight just calorie counting and dieting, however some of the people that get on it are getting on it as a last resort, the damage of being fat and obese prob will be worse than any of the damage that ozempic will cause them. I think that's why insurance companies are so quick to pay for these things, prob saves them money in the long run which is why it's being pushed.

Personally I think obesity has gotten out of hand in the country specifically around the time of covid. Where I and a lot of people I know gained weight. I feel like there is a resurgence of lifting and gym culture coming back tho so hopefully it works out for everyone involved.

Do you know anyone on Ozempic? You dont just take the drug and lose weight. I know four people on it rn, Every person I know is eating way less, way healthier, and having no issues with urges. That seems like the stuff you need to do to be healthier and lose weight. It still takes the effort to lose the weight, a lot of studies already show id you're not making that effort before the person will go back in weight.

The same way ozempic assists people in losing weight by making it easier for them to not eat and feel fuller, is the same as steroids making it so your muscles never get tired and you can grind hella at the gym.

A bunch of people on steroids are models for gymshark or Lulu lemon, not everyone on steroids is some massive giants that's doing strong man competitions, a lot of people do it for the aesthetic of being attractive. Not just muscle heads. Hell I bet 80% of professional athletes are in atleast a cycle a year.

Also people tweak the fuck out cause someone fat is using these meds and it's making them skinny, but we have transitioned from hiding about steroid use in the gym community to it being supported and a very open thing... what's the difference? In my opinion they do the same thing, help people get to where their body needs.

I was really considering Ozempic when my antidepressants weight gain was crazy but u have stabilized and going back to losing weight and being healthy so I didn't end up doing it but just seems so weird.
