I think the men in all races think they own “their” women and therefore dictate what the women are able to do.

What happens when he speaks to the teacher? What has he done with the school to discuss options? What was the outcome of his IEP meeting with the school? Given that she has an IEP, what services has he initiated securing for her? Reading tutor? Occupational therapy? Psychiatrist to address the anxiety?

I have full custody of my kids and my ex is asking for another overnight each week. However, he has no job/home of his own and his mom is the real provider (Ohio, USA)

I would not give him all weekends. Judges generally do not order that. I would offer every other weekend with some stipulation around his mental health. A parent with this level of mental illness can be exceptionally dangerous. My father almost accidentally killed my sister and I during a delusion. How confident are you that grandma could get everyone out safely if he breaks from reality?

There is no way to prove that. How does the law define cohabitating? So if you live part of the week with you wife and the other with your parents, that’s illegal? That doesn’t sound in any way enforceable.
