Anyone know anything about these apartments or the area? Looking for something <1200 and this caught my eye, but I'm relatively new to the town so I'm wondering if there's a good reason this is so cheap.

I mean, someone got raped in the bus stop shelter right outside the police station 1 block from those apartments.

I think in the summer it's probably fine, winter time when it's -40 and homeless people are trying to not die I'd be a little more concerned.

You could solve misogyny and trans women would STILL face discrimination. It is a different battle to fight.

What did you do/study for to move from ~$75k to ~$110k?

Experience. Anyone can look good on paper in a theoretical environment, not everyone can figure shit out with infrastructure built in the early 2000s slowly upgraded with homebrew code or dodgy physical installations.

Being able to inherit a substandard environment and move it forward successfully is a skill set that can't be taught.

But, if you are looking for something to study I would honestly recommend communications classes. One of the worst stigmas in our field is that IT people are egomaniacs who look down on others, being able to convince a 60+ year old to change their workflows and embrace technology is not easy.

I'm pretty sure what im saying is what the initial dude you responded to meant. Almost all trades are done via a medium that goes through a network with glaring vulnerabilities that can be manipulated by malicious actors.

Look at all the crypto scams out there. People dumped millions into it for them to not actually be placed where they were and they were banking on consumers not pulling out.

How do you know that the trade you made with Charles swab was the actual trade being done? Are you sure you actually own a stock in whatever you purchased? Or are they just saying you do and if you try to sell they will give you the value of it?

Did you read it? That's literally not what it says, it says having more than the recommended amount is linked to lower IQ, and these studies are done in places with naturally occurring fluoridated water, IE: your well has too much.

I can't speak for other countries...but the US recommends it at .7ppm and, for example, my city has .3ppm naturally occurs and they add .4 to bring the level up to .7ppm.

This is much lower than the study that was done at .15ppm, double the recommended limit when adding fluoride to water sources.
