The original developer proposal was for a 1 acre park which is now potentially almost 3.9 acres. So yes, it is a significant increase from the original developer proposal

Did you even read the article? It's an expansion of the original park under the original developer proposal with ongoing negotiations with the city for a potential unbroken green space from Spadina to Bathurst.

That would literally more than triple the original "park land" in the original developer proposal.
