Doing a wall sit felt easy with 20kg, so my trainer added the other weights on top.
This. Putting it directly over the tibia while shins are perpendicular to the floor does nothing more than put pressure on the bones. If you want to make it challenging, it would have to be near the hip crease, on the shoulders, or in the front rack, such as a goblet position. Otherwise, whether its 20KG or 80kG, it will do close to nothing to muscle activation and as long as the pressure on the legs doesn't bother you, you could hold similar time without it.
