I should probably get on CafePress and make some t-shirts right now.
He did while acting as Governor, that makes it the FL Govt.
Honestly good. Clinton tried to tell red state coal workers that she would pay for their education and retraining so they would have jobs going into the future and they spit on her (not literally though I'm sure a few tried). It's important for Democratic Presidents to help everyone, even those that don't appreciate it because ultimately the rest of the country benefits when red states are lifted up. They may need to be dragged kicking and screaming into the future but they have to come along, the sooner the better.
There is no law against specifically Ron DeSantis stripping an organization of it's 1A rights, but the Constitution prevents the govt (in this case the govt of FL which Ron DeSantis manages) from stripping their rights. I get your point but it's important to lay this at the feet of the FL govt, not an individual.
To be fair that's how it's supposed to work, an independent body (the press) does the oversight aspect to ensure the govt isn't cheating on it's disclosures.
The question the media should be asking now is if VA will allow them to vote with an absentee or provisional ballot. Laws typically prevent these ballots after the election, but in a case where the Governor and Sec. of State are involved in denying them their vote in the current election, there should be allowances and/or lawsuits.
A rising tide lifts all boats...forget who said it but someone did and often it's true.
