Do you think the enthusiasm from Vic and Sydney is the same it’s just a matter of supply of pfizer?

As someone with a 20-25% chance of ending up in hospital if I get delta, and only being eligible for Pfizer starting today, I hate being told we have to live with the virus by [deleted] in CoronavirusDownunder

Some absolute loonies out there. If you could be hospitalised for talking shit, there would be a 100% chance for you.

Even if what you said was true, you could’ve gotten AZ ages ago

At this point the “wait till 4 year olds are fully vaccinated” crew are just as crazy as the anti-vaxxers, just at a different end of the spectrum

“Let it rip” is not the same as slowly removing restrictions. If you’re so scared of a removal of restrictions at 70% then continue lockdown on your accord, no one will stop you!

It was cute how NZ thought they could just cruise along with their vaccine roll out and maintain covid 0 indefinitely

Anyone else watching Scomo's press conference right now? Thoughts? by mydogisadickhead in CoronavirusDownunder

“The economy” isn’t the primary counter argument to indefinite lockdowns… how about the ability of a young Australian to freely live their life after 18 months of complete disruption, particularly at such a time where much of the rest of the world is moving on

If the premiers have read and agreed to it, and acknowledge that we will have 80-100 deaths a day then why aren’t they preparing their population for that change in thinking?
