I've been playing BF since BF3, and there's always been accusations of cheating, but I've found it to be pretty rare in reality. Now when I play BF2042, there's usually one player per night who has ridiculous stats like this with a meme weapon like the MP9.
FYI Many players in chat don't know how to report, so here's the process: ESC to menu, then "Squad and Players", click on the offending player, press 'MORE' then there should be a 'REPORT' option.

I will say in response to that poster though most men who are aware of anatomy and have any sexual knowledge will be fully aware that labia come in different shapes and sizes (and many actually prefer large labia either visually or for the feeling of friction in the bedroom). Nobody should feel odd about how their balls or labia sit or dangle.

okay i looked the case up since OC seemingly forgot to post the details, the couple picked the babysitter up to watch their kid(s) but instead they did meth together by injection, they all attempt to have sex but are too high to do it (allegedly), after the third injection the babysitter said she didnt feel good, she takes a bath then they all lay down in the couples bed, the couple goes out for a cigarette, they come back and the babysitter isn't breathing.
