A few years ago I was out with some friends who were from the boxing gym. We went to a bar and another patron was harassing one of the girls, she politely told him to leave her alone, then he got super pushy about it and started grabbing her. To her credit she didn't do anything until he slapped her. After that a jab and a right hook and the guy was out. His Buddy's got a little bit spicy and then the rest of the group jumped in.
