The Met literally cannot fill it's recruitment quota, so that obviously isn't true, it's unarguably not enough to convince people.
Also true for other public sector.
Not enough nurses, can't get enough nurses into training, because the pay is £6-10k lower than what it was in 2010.
Cant sack any of the bad nurses, because theres nobody to fill their position and we're already multiple staff down.
Presume its the same across most aspects of the NHS (probably civil service/police/education too).
