There's other schools of thought that welfare is far too generous as it is. Its not just the monetary weekly value its everything that comes with it such as medical cards, HAP etc

If welfare goes.up by €10 a week then the people who pay for that welfare via taxes should be seeing increases at least 3-5 times as much.
Because otherwise your just reinforcing that poverty / welfare trap

Before anyone gets outraged the Civil servants and garda are only entitled to a maximum of 92 sick days in any 3 years period at full pay and an additional 91 days at half pay.

We actually don't, if a landlord sell that property doesn't magically disappear. It is bought by a family, small landlord, institutional landlord or government.
Either way that property is utilised by someone so a small landlord selling a property is irrelevant

I've yet to see any stats that say landlords are leaving due to tax levels.
Let's be real here landlords are leaving because they are cashing out due to property prices being so high.

I tip for exceptional service only and quite well at that. This tipping culture that has crept in here is ridiculous.
