Ok? Its still shit. NiP and EG having guaranteed spots in tournaments is complete garbage, while teams better than them miss out because there is 1 qualifier spot per region or some shit.

Something being there for a long time doesn’t make it good.

I follow a few esports and sports and the idea of partner teams is so shit it’s unbelievable. The whole US model of a team guaranteeing success at the top flight simply for having put money initially is completely fucked up.

Otamendi - Romero was a much better partnership. Otamendi complements Cuti very well, he is more composed, less agressive, taller, better in the air.

Plus he was legitimately one of the best 3 playrs in our whole WC, and imo the best defender in the whole WC (and it's not even close).

[Managing Madrid] Ancelotti: “The English think they have the strongest league, but in Europe they face teams with less money who compete well”. by NeoIsJohnWick in soccer

[–]EnanoMaldito -1 points0 points  (0 children)

both things can be true? They can both be the strongest league in the world (which they undeniably are) AND can be given good competition by clubs with less money.

I'm so done with Real Madrid people acting like they're some pauper. Get the fuck outta here.

easy to say when you now get invited to literally everything while some teams are quite literally unable to get to those same tournaments.

Franchising is shit. Fight me.

playing well in the middle of that shitshow? It actually is a challenge, yes.

Do I need to remind you the shambles that was Xhaka while Arsenal wasn't good? Standing out in a bad team is not easy. And I'm not hating on Xhaka, I actually think he is mad underrated, just trying to make a point.

no, not anything. I'm not advocating go live in the Congo.

All I'm saying is people telling us "lol just ignore 100% inflation". It's not fucking ignorable.

Just because your country isn't as economically sound/developed as US, Japan or Australia doesn't mean you need to ashamed of it. If countries were all about wealth then world would've been a much boring place to be in.

Hah. Try living in it. It's absolute fucking dogshit.

We don't have an inferiority complex, we have a "this is shit" complex.

It's easy to say "lol just ignore it" from the otuside. Some things just cannot be ignored.

I swear you watch him play without thinking and you're like fuck this guy is so good.

And then you think for like 10 seconds and you're like "wait a minute... he hasn't done anything productive in 90 whole minutes"

He's not wrong.

People have this overinflated perception of brazilian players, when the only winger better than Grealish in all of the Brazil squad is Vinicius. And that's it.

Reminder that in the Copa final they played fucking Everton Ribeiro as a LW, who got absolutely pocketed by Montiel of all players, who is absolutely awful.
