Google Photos doesn't only use facial recognition to identify people, it can also recognize people based on their clothing if they're facing away from the camera in the picture and there is another reference photo with the same clothes to go by.

Out of curiosity, what age do you think you’ll be when you decide to stop typing “lowkey” in your sentences?

he's trying to look cool to make his "alternate" opinion on a dipshit crypto bro not look already over 5+ years outdated, he'll throw in as many shameless dumbfuck catchphrases as he possibly can to make it seem nbd about supporting a scam artist

They take shit on their boss lap in japan?

no, /u/flussiges has realized the unfortunate problem that no matter how many softening words they want to use to try and dismiss the difference in culture, that japan is just simply wrong in this context and trying to make any comparison against other cultures will always end up having the appearance of trying to make other cultures sound worse than japan instead of making japan sounding better, so they've reverted to using hollow corporate syllogisms to make it sound philosophical instead of a problem people actually deal with.

I don't think the problem is which group of people would have beat him up the most over preventing it from happening in the first place... I guess cavemen still do exist in the modern era huh

They lost out on it through their own negligence. IANAL but I highly doubt you're gonna find a court that would reward you with the interest on the money you wrongly gave away. The principal, sure, but the interest is the price you pay for not keeping track of your money better.

The principal, sure, but the interest is the price you pay for not keeping track of your money better.

this is ofcourse all predicated on the teenager boy mindset of assuming that if you receive large amounts of money very clearly in error, that 1) it isn't already a crime to keep it without notifying and 2) that its tax free money

if you want to keep 400k invested worth of interest, pay the updated bracket of your income + 400k in taxes. oh, it's now a "mistake" and not your income? neither are the gains.

this whole concept is so insanely stupid that if it were the case right now, it would immediately get loopholed by millionaires "losing money" to their friends who would "invest" and return it back after "finding it" interest and tax free. it's mindless ledditor daydreaming to pretend because it happens the other way accidently that it's fine

I don’t see how ignoring the “drama” helps any. Now the neighbor thinks it’s okay to steal from them. They deserve to talk to some cops! Either that, or post it to a neighborhood FB group and lets other know they are pieces of shit, not to be trusted.

They do have gluten-free pitas. You are right, coss contamination is an issue, not just pita jungle. Pretty much any restaurant.

except restaurants that want to call what they're serving "gluten free" have a regulated FDA guideline requirement saying that "any foods that carry the label 'gluten-free,' 'no gluten,' 'free of gluten,' or 'without gluten' must contain less than 20 parts per million (ppm) of gluten." which would include the cross contamination, which is why products like soy that are gluten free typically aren't labeled gluten free because of their high likelihood of being produced in factories with cross contamination

brushing away dietary needs of people saying that restaurants aren't gf/celiac friendly from cross contamination to say "yeah just like any restaurant." is a pretty unhelpful/useless reply
