I can send you the book we used in the first year of our Russian course. It contains short simple texts and dialogues that get more and more advanced as you progress. The book is like 90% in Russian, and some grammar explanations are in Serbian, but since you've mentioned that you already have some stuff for grammar, you can just ignore tiny Serbian notes that are written here and there. I also has audio materials that you can listen to, and I generally think that it is a great book for beginners.
