That's because they took out the cheese scores from calculating the 10% threshold. Anyone including the cheese scores got the emblem if they were over that score

Lets go with an analogy of a computer. Consuls have a lot of power in the world being able to manipulate the cycle. The Iris's all have a credential tied to it. So User: N, Z, B, you get the point. A was already a super user so couldn't be used by the consuls.

I'm hoping that will be fixed comes next season. It is tied to solo flawless lost sector which use to be a rank 7 requirement but since they moved it to be a rank 8 req it got locked behind the lightfall requirements first.

All the parks already inspect the rides either themselves or 3rd party. Florida law allows them to forgo having the state inspect the rides as well with the stipulation ALL reported injuries to be made public. And those injuries range from motion sickness to actual hospitalizations

I've done 4 runs in the same reset period and got 3 exotics.

1st run exotic

2nd run no exotic(reloaded into a new instance of the same strike force)

That lower tax rate also came with the stipulation that RCID/Disney takes care of the property and not the public. So when the road needs work or utilities need to be fixed Orange and Osceola counties are not on the hook to deal with that.

This is my take. Was it fun? Yes. Did it break what they were aiming for? Yes. Being able to generate practically infinite special and orbs for your team is way outside the intended usage.

Now how they changed it though I think is a bit overkill but it may be the only way that they could tackle it without a complete overhaul of the system to make sure it can't be abused. I would have limited it to "Can only give 1 charge and can't stack" but I'm sure there is a way to give yourself the other 2 charges quickly

must have been something recent. IIRC bungie was clear that only new violations would be hit by the bans since they never had a clear cut rule against it.

May need to see it in action before judgement is given. If they changed it where the dart itself is the crit instead of just the very tip it still keeps the same aspect of the super but makes it slightly forgiving. Like instead of needing to be exactly 10m away you can be between 9-10m
