Hey, sorry to hear you're having the same issue. Luckily, it's most likely a simple relay replacement. I reached out to 1st Line Equipment, which is where i bought the machine, and after much back and forth and troubleshooting, we determined the problem to be a bad relay. They sent me a new one for free since mine was still under warranty.

I also have a Eureka Mignon (Silenzio) that is now almost 3 years old and haven't had any issues with stalling at all.

I have had an issue with the button being a little finicky though. If I don't have the portafilter situated just right against the button, it'll stop. Could this be what you're experiencing?

Anyway, if the machine has been sitting for a bit, I'd recommend opening it up (while it's cold) and ensuring all of the tubing is still in good condition, no cracks, etc, in addition to what the other guy said about priming the pump.
