Second hand "design" bud. Mig was designed in early 1950s. First flight in 1955 and production started in 1959.

And we were building them in 1985. A whole 30 years later.

A design from about 70 years ago. Last plane ever manufacturered was about 40 years ago. And the last upgrade was over 20 years ago. There are humans that have grown old and retired that are younger than this design.

Working 40 hours shifts with no sleep. Privilege of weekend off meaning working till Saturday night and then working again Monday morning, and it's not even a guarantee that you won't get called in during that 1 day off that you got after 3 months. Being responsible for keeping about 30 people alive and each mistake is literally a life threatening one
