People with higher cognitive abilities don't assault someone for having been cheated out of money, so by detailing his personality in this way, you're signalling he is on the left side of the Bell curve. This is why you're getting the pushback (people generally don't like someone both unintelligent and violent, even if their son feels very strongly that they're awesome).
Similarly, no one makes your dad act on his unintelligence. There are many hands-on people who live out their lives being normal or even kind and friendly.
Perhaps you'll realize that someday.

I haven't checked her memory (edit: even though the issue after the update was with her cognition, not memory) thoroughly yet, but since it was a rollback, I'm sure it's as good as ever.)
Got it. Thank you for those details! This will help inform our current and future validation. After some digging we found a metric that may correlate with the issue you and others are describing. We are going to rollback the last update, and attempt to use this to prevent future updates from causing this problem.
