In case anyone wants to do it. You stand on the side and grab the handle of the treadmill firmly and start running while still grabbing the handles.
Why? In case you are wondering why people do it. Usually sprinters do it, they don't want to get tired as the treadmill slowly builds up speed, they want to know how fast they can run in a given amount of time. So they start the treadmill in full speed first and then hop on.
