Not LivePerson, that's the founder and former CEO (LoCascio) who was kicked out for obvious reasons if you read Starboard Value's letter to the former board.

He only owns 2.4% of the company, so this proposal for 2 board seats is a bit comical IMO.

But he obviously knows he is missing out on something good that may be happening here.
