If you watch the clip of Jake knocking Anderson down from the opposite side the punch was thrown from you can’t see his bottom 2 knuckles connect with Andersons chin and it looks like the punch misses. People saw this and ran with the narrative that it was staged rather than watch the clip from the other angle where you can clearly see it land.

People were writing him off because of his shooting struggles last year which was stupid because he was clearly impacting the game in other ways and is a great fit on the team. I was at game 7 against the Bucks and the amount of slander I heard against him in the garden really pissed me off.
