Feel the same

That being said I am encoutnering issues, particularly with how the game looks and the consistency of frame rates. It appears grainy, and the models don't load well. I'm sure I just need to tweak the graphical settings, given my setup isn’t the most up-to-date.

For context, my rig includes a 3060ti, an AMD CPU, 32GB of RAM, and it’s all running on a good m.2 SSD. My screen is set to 1440p. I recently acquired two games: GOW:R and SW:O.

GOW:R was quite easy to stabilize and I found a good balance between performance and quality fairly quickly.

However, with SW, it seems that fps to work fine until I move to a different area and then I experience frame drops. Then I come back to a place that was working well and once again it drops .... And the image always feel dusty and dirty, no matter how much blur and stuff i remove.

It's odd, like right now I'm testing this game on low settings and ... mix results. I will take partial blame for sure, but just the fact it's this demanding in terms of time consumption doesn't make me happy.

It’s the only game my PC struggles with to be consistant across the experience, and considering it can handle my modded Baldur's Gate 3, it should be able to handle SW without any problems.

I wonder if I’m alone in experiencing this.

Today I bought Tayto 6 Pack from Tesco. When I opened it, I got 9 packs instead. Is that a packaging mistake?

I just want to say my first job in McDonald’s I would put always extra nuggets or whatever people ordered. And few times I got in trouble because people thought it’s a mistake.

Like lads ffs, I might have been working in McDonald’s at the time but i know how to count ….

Assassin's Creed Shadow Delayed. Steam release Day 1

More like trying to make sure people forget about the dramma while releasisng the game before quatererly report so it looks good for investors.

People have incredibly short memories anyway and world of business moves fast. By February most of the targeted consumers will forget.

I also dont think there is much to make up for the Japanese audience. I dont think there is that much dramma either way. The problem is that it became globally recognized meme and it's not that kind of meme that makes you money.

Let's be real, the game doesn't need polishing, this is just another Assassins Creed, they have already entire system created it's just new story, new enviornment, new characters and graphical imporvements. The bar wasn't even that high....

Also wtf, February will be competitive for them. The releases that should go for Ferbuary : Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 , Sid Meier's Civilization VII, Monster Hunter Wilds, Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii, and new game from Obsidian : Avowed.

Many of those games have strong fandom that will not drop their game in favour of AC.

Ubisoft needs some serious organizational shift. The people at the top are manipulating stuff to make sure investment portoflio looks good. Everything is so short-sighted.

Well I guess I will buy AC:Shadows in March or April for 50% price.

Assassins Creed Shadows Delayed To February 14

GolotasDisciple
commented

What the fuck is happening with this game?

Like it's just another Assassins Creed the expectations are not even that high, sure the dramma about Yasuke, and some Japanese stuff is bad taste, but that shouldn't put the game on delay.

Everything was fine like just few months ago, the product was "polished" and ready to push into market.... ad now few months delay.

And to february no less... They will be competing with big tittles that have genuine fandom that wont go to Shadows before they finish their game, and by that time it might be to late for sale.

In february alone ( not countring -1 / +1 months ) We will get : Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 , Sid Meier's Civilization VII, Monster Hunter Wilds, Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii, and new game from Obsidian : Avowed.

Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered forces PSN login for all players

Honestly people choose favourites and are not really reasonable.

Realistically Amazon, Google, Microsoft and Apple has the best amount of information about users and variables around them be it user behaviour user retention. They have so many data touch points that’s absolutely insane. They know us, and our consumer patterns better than we know it ourselves.

…and all of them have been breached multiple times.

One more account won’t make a difference. Your data was already sold to highest bidders in google auctions or was stolen.

Instead of going against particular organisations people should go to representatives who can push legislation that impact the market and product/service providers.

But nope they leave that to their boomer parents who couldn’t give 2 shits about things data related.

It’s bit hypocritical to be fair.

Microsoft , valve , google , Netflix , Spotify , YouTube, Reddit … people would have all these accounts (bleeding data left and right )at the same time but must champion the fight against Sony account.

It’s a market standard. Sony is not in the wrong by doing the same business practice that every other service provider does.

Police Arrest a Student for Allegedly Riding Bike in Wrong Lane

Ah yes, the usual assumption that everyone, everywhere carries all their documentation with them . Especially young people.

Most of people these days don't even carry wallets because they use their phones for everything. And you think you can just walk around the street and demand identification from anyone for any reason? You are not forced to go around the place with ID.

Clearly, the cops are the problem here. Even your worst Costco employee would know how to handle this situation better. It’s an absolute waste of time and resources.

Who the f**** gets into an hour-long altercation with kids over riding bicycles, which ends up with using physical force.

Chasing kids riding bicycles around the neighborhood...

We might as well go full China with facial ID scans and publicly shame people for jaywalking and other minor offenses. Gotta catch all them serious criminals.

Police Arrest a Student for Allegedly Riding Bike in Wrong Lane

Dropping charges typically means either the case was poorly documented and nonsensical, or nothing illegal occurred and there was no ill intent.

If the video shows nothing incriminating, why assume she broke the law when all evidence suggests otherwise? Are you a police officer? There's no reason to justify harassing a kid for riding a bicycle.

It's a terrible waste of time and resources.

Lmao, did the cops really waste 40 minutes on this? This is the dumbest video I’ve seen, and these officers seem so clueless that it borderline looks like mental illness.

What kind of adult gets into a discussion with what appears to be a teenager? They should just instruct them on what to do and move on. It’s not hard to be respectful and efficient.

Moreover, there was no reason for detainment or to ask for ID. No crime was committed, and the entire case was dropped because the cops were in the wrong.

It's baffling that anyone would justify such incompetence. Pretty much an hour of work wasted instead of handling the situation like an adult.

I wouldn’t give those officers a job in retail, let alone as civil servants. "20 minutes to comply". To comply for what ? Riding a bicycle in the neighborhood :D ? This is some high-school level bully behavior.
