Tough questions need to be asked to all our brass for what transpired this past season…but there’s no need to build a false story if there wasn’t one to be told. So what’s tangible that gives any truth to the story Mr. “Inches away,” Lin, and Acee were trying to paint to us?

Is trying to create division of a fan base something to hold you head high for these days?

We Padres’ brethren may have our many differences in here as a dissapointing season just transpired…but sportswriters need not kick us when we’re already down. This seems very much like just another same ol song and dance of writers trying to get out a story quick…who cares if it’s true.
