Thats not his nose, its actually one of his nipples. The nose is in the top right of your picture.
Why is it a nipple? When you look at the whole model, there is still 1 nipple on his chest and the other is here.
I took the 3d model and observed it fairly thoroughly. Theres even a body attached to the one under stormveil. The only one with the death mark is the one at the roots. Plants need water to survive. Look st the water the Erdtree is drinking at the throne. Color of. Sleep.
People not dieing forever is good for a tree. Infinite food. Add death. And people eventually run out. No more food for the Erdtree.
