Oh no no, what i meant was ki difference between a home cooked dish and the one cooked in restaurants. And yeah i understand. I have been cooking for a while. My mom still can't use the amount of fat i use while cooking. She doesn't come in the kitchen when i cook as she doesn't wanna know how much oil/ghee/butter i use. Lol.

I think his recipes could give many restaurants a good run for their money. But then they have industrial scale stoves and that's a huge difference while cooking. Specially Indian and Chinese.

I wasn't actually talking about the memories, more like a cheat sheet for a person. I am fairly good at compartmentalizing so memories don't bother me that much.
