I am trying to find the answers to the below basic questions regarding the mRNA shots.
-
How many LNP nano-particles are there, on average, in a single mRNA shot?
-
How many mRNA particles are there in the single mRNA shot?
-
How many DNA plasmids are there in the single mRNA shot?
-
How many (trillions?) of spike protein are produced due to a single mRNA shot?
-
For how long they are being produced?
-
In which parts of the body are they being produced?
-
How long it takes for the LNPs to be fully eliminated from the body?
These are very basic biodistribution and pharmacokinetics-related questions.
Since these are some of the first things tested for any new drug.
I am sure the studies must have been published, and I am simply unlucky in finding the information.
I would appreciate it if anyone could point me to the relevant published research.
