Nah I totally understand it. You don't do F1 to be second fiddle.
This is true for literally every professional sports league in the world. But at a certain time, you come to a realization that you're just not that guy.
This happens a lot in the NBA. Players have been told they're the best in the county, city, or state since middle school and they join the league thinking they're gonna be dominating only to realize they're just really good players but not anywhere near superstar talent.
Harvard, Yale, Stanford and MIT need to do a paper on how the fuck a professional NBA team forgets how to play basketball when LeBron goes to the bench
