Hey, I saw a lot of posts talking about being discouraged about their overall weight loss, the plateau they've inevitably found themselves in, swerving off the weight loss, etc. And I wanted to say that all of you should be so so so sooo proud of yourself for even losing that 1lb.

Our society these days is so reliant on driving cars, even for the most minute tasks, our foods are being processed to all hell, plus sugar is added to everything. Add to all that, the fact that we're shifting to sedentary jobs makes it even harder to lose weight than it was 5-10 years ago. To everyone who lost even a hair of weight, I'm proud of you, and you should be too!
