Don't post a photograph and claim its a render. Post proof that it is a render (wireframe/ clay render) when requested.
Don't disguise your ad. If you are promoting product/service that is not fully free, use the "Non-free Product/Service" flair.
No plagiarism. If there is anything in your post that you did not make, you need to make it clear. This includes models, textures, HDRIs, etc. If you followed a tutorial, say so – and please add a link!
Assholes. Just don't be them.
Other memes should be posted to r/blendermemes.
Violating posts may be removed or allowed at the moderator's discretion.
If you make a render that looks like a photo at first glance, please provide a clay or viewport render of your scene. This must be from the same angle as the actual render (for videos, 1 detailed frame is sufficient).
Please upload it as part of the post.
Note that this doesn't apply to works which are clearly renders.
Photorealistic posts without evidence will be removed – when in doubt, add a viewport render!
Please read the rules and the guide before posting! This helps ensure that your post will be appreciated.
If you notice someone has missed a rule, please kindly ask them to fix their post – or report it if you think a moderator should intervene.
Thanks & happy Blending!
We make 3D art here. If your blender can make smoothies, you're on the wrong subreddit :)
