statefarm canceled my insurance today and they stated it’s because i’ve used roadside assistance 5 times in 3 years, i pay almost 700 dollars for three cars every month, can someone help me understand

I was struck by someone speeding down the shoulder as I turned right from my lane. He tried to drive off, then I caught up to him in a parking lot, we waited two hours for police to arrive but they didn’t. After multiple calls and try’s ended up deciding to exchange information and be on our ways without a police report. I filed a claim against his insurance the next day and about two weeks later they are saying he said you hit him so it’s your word against his. Not that it matters but my car is worth probably 5x his car. I don’t have any video of the accident. Only some footage from the parking lot. Do I have any options or am I just screwed?
