Tuesday 9/12/23 Wainwright Conference, RRP 3107 Ph. 3 discussion, expect +20% to $0.60, as word spreads. Higher if 1 investor steps up with secured debt refinancing. RBC old target $3, (drop to $2 April '23), but $3 floor again. Reasonable as 3107 approval in USA-EU imminent (as China now pressuring FDA). INO to see bluer skies RE: 2020-21 after the Ph. 3: ~$9 returns investor confidence & public awareness amps up. What went down, must go up. INO 2020 highs of $14, $17, $30, takes patience but we counted on this Ph. 3 in 2020, now it's in play. More positives following 3107 trail!
