The Criterion "Collection" is a company with over 1000+ amazing films. On every 15th of the month, a handful of newly restored titles are added to the collection with custom cover art and exclusive supplements.

For every new title added to the collection, a new spine number is granted. Films that are already in the collection in DVD are routinely considered for Blu-ray upgrades, which also provide revamped artwork and supplements.
