Last Episode Question? Last Episode Question?
false

One major question arose from the last episode. In ep 7, Collins states that $15mm is from one farm in one month, times 14 farms times 12 months yields a yearly profit of ~$2.5B. Assuming Eddie’s farm is an irregularity (earlier on he states that before him they take roughly $50mm per farm yearly because his dad pulled $5mm profit share at ~10%) and this $50mm yearly per farm is accurate, that means a total yearly profit of $700mm. Even with a bottom of the barrel 2x multiple (again on pure profit), the business should be selling for well over a billion. Glass states that he’d take $150mm for the business, a 90% haircut. Why? Just seems like a massive plot hole and doesn’t make sense.
