Hey what's up.
So yeah i've been a member of Xbox Live since the OG of OG Xbox's came out more than 20 years ago. - Hit me up: FRAGZILLA 360 - When I bought the Xbox One, I wasn't married and didn't have any kids. Now since the Xbox Series X/S has come out, i'm married with two kids and my cashflow and gaming time has been redirected lol.
I'm at a point now where stuff is starting to cool down just a bit and I made the choice to upgrade to the S based on the time I actually get to play (see: 11pm - 1am; after everyone has FINALLY gone to sleep) and budget.
So a few questions:
-
I was thinking about getting an SSD drive to up the storage space. This isn't a real high priority given the time I realistically have to play. I usually concentrate on one or two games rather than hit everything at once like I used to, but I was considering getting one nevertheless. The question: If I do purchase an SSD, what is the general recommended SSD to get? Brand/Size/$$$?

The catalyst for upgrading is Starfield. I have gamepass and have been playing over the last couple of days using the streaming function, but it's really become a pain in the ass. Long waits in the que, random disconnections, etc. And if i'm called away because the one year old has pulled all of the pans out of the cabinet or upended her older sisters bin of Lego's for the 100th time in the past hour, the game will disconnect if i'm gone too long forcing me to sit in the que again and wait. The question: Can I purchase Starfield (or continue playing on Gamepass) and NOT have to stream it anymore? It's really quite annoying.

Last question: How's your day going?
Thanks a lot fellow Xboxers!
